Our Dentists
Dr. Kimberly Ngo is a highly experienced general dentist who joined the Fox Dental team in 2019. She originally grew up in Lansdale, Pennsylvania where she graduated from North Penn High School. After graduation she attended Ursinus College for her undergrad and then proceeded to Temple University for dental school. At Temple she received many awards including the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award and the Dr. Sharon X. Wang Memorial Award.
Dr. Ngo says she decided to pursue a career in the dental field because it’s the perfect combination of art and science! Her favorite part of being a dentist is creating great dental experiences for patients and developing long lasting relationships with them. When Dr. Ngo isn’t at the dental office, she loves spending time with her husband (who is an orthodontist in the area) and their three daughters. She also loves to cook and bake in her free time.
Dr Neal Phatak grew up in Long Island, New York. He spent his childhood pursuing academics, basketball, track and field, and music. Upon graduation, he was accepted to New York University for a Bachelors in Biology. Coming from a family of doctors, it was an easy decision to pursue dentistry at NYU’s prestigious College of Dentistry. Upon getting married and meeting his beautiful wife, he relocated to Pennsylvania where she works as a pediatric oncologist at Penn State Children’s Hospital. They have two wonderful girls who are in middle and elementary school.
Dr Phatak enjoys keeping his skills up to date with the latest technology and clinical courses to deliver the best care possible. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys hiking, talking walks, travelling, eating out, hanging with his girls, and computers. He is ready to help you in your dental goals !

Rachel is a dedicated dental hygienist who graduated from the dental hygiene program at HACC. She has been a valued member of the Fox Dental team for over three years, where she is known for providing exceptional care with a kind and gentle touch. Rachel takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health, and she is truly loved by those she treats.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new places, and practicing yoga to stay balanced and energized.

Rachel is a fun, bubbly member of the team who brings both energy and expertise to every patient interaction. With experience beyond her years, she is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a positive, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.
When she’s not caring for patients, Rachel enjoys staying active at the gym, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her cat, Kali.
